ReplyPilot Chrome Extension:

• OpenAI API Key: If you use the Free plan, your API key is stored locally in Chrome's encrypted storage on your device. It is sent directly to OpenAI's API to generate replies and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Email Content: When you click "Generate Reply," the email text visible on your screen is sent directly from your browser to OpenAI's API. We do not intercept, log, store, or have access to any email content.
• Usage Metrics: We store a simple count of replies generated per month locally in your browser to enforce free tier limits. This data stays on your device.
• Subscription Status: If you upgrade to a paid plan, we store your subscription status (tier and expiry) locally in Chrome storage.

• Contact Information: When you submit forms or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
• Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
• Analytics: We may use standard web analytics to understand site traffic. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties for advertising.
